Governing Law

These terms and policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Anyang Branch of the Suwon District Court, Republic of Korea, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
