Intended Use & Customer Responsibilities

• Technical instructions and guidelines provided by the Company

The Company shall not be responsible for issues arising from failure to comply with the above requirements.

Order Confirmation & Force Majeure

Orders are deemed confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and written acceptance by the Company.

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, or global supply chain disruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business interruption, arising from:

• Inadequate maintenance
