Shipping Policy

International Shipping

The Company ships internationally using reputable logistics partners.
Available destinations, shipping methods, transit times, and costs may vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, and local regulations.

Shipping Terms (Incoterms® 2020)

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all shipments are conducted on a CFR (Cost and Freight) basis in accordance with Incoterms® 2020.

Any alternative Incoterms, including but not limited to FOB (Free On Board), shall apply only if explicitly agreed upon in advance in writing and clearly stated in the relevant invoice, quotation, or order confirmation.

Risk transfers to the customer at the point defined by the applicable Incoterms.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The recipient is the Importer of Record and is solely responsible for:

• Customs clearance procedures

• Import duties, taxes, and related fees

• Compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country

Failed Delivery

If a shipment is returned, abandoned, or destroyed due to the customer’s failure to comply with customs requirements, refusal to pay applicable charges, or failure to provide required documentation, no refund will be issued.
Any additional costs incurred may be charged to the customer.
