Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products and international logistics, refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not provided unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing in advance.

Refunds or returns may be restricted where permitted by law, including but not limited to cases where:

  • The product has been used or installed

  • The product has been damaged due to customer fault

  • The product is customized or made to order

Nothing in this policy shall affect any mandatory statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error attributable to the Company, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Parts Warranty

The Company provides a one-year limited warranty on parts from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.

Validation

Customers must provide sufficient evidence of the defect, such as photographs or video recordings.

Resolution

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, replacement parts will be provided free of charge.
Shipping costs for replacement parts are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Consumable or wear-and-tear parts (including filters, seals, and similar components)

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper installation

  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications

Technical Support

The Company provides technical documentation and remote guidance.
All labor, on-site service, and repair-related costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
